About The Role
Leading and managing complex employment and workplace relations matters for clients.
Providing strategic legal advice on employment law issues, including industrial relations, discrimination, and employee entitlements.
Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, enterprise agreements, and settlement agreements.
Representing clients in employment-related disputes and litigation, including unfair dismissal claims and workplace investigations.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and legal support staff.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Staying updated on developments in employment law and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the firm and with clients.
Skills & Experience
With 3-4 years PQE in Employment/Workplace Relations law.
Proven track record of handling high-profile and challenging cases.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
