Service Delivery Network Field Engineer with 24x7 onsite standby
Working at NTT
Coordinate and implement internal and external delivery and operation for network infra including but not limited to L2 / L3 network, Internet connections, firewalls, cloud-based networking.
Work with related teams to through the project life cycle.
Create and maintained project documentation
Support, assist or lead an engineering, design, isolation when necessary.
Identify, isolate and troubleshoot to resolve any hardware or software related problems
Must be able to be on 24x7 onsite standby rotation.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Degree in Computer Science with minimum 2 years working experience as a technical field engineer.
Have good understanding of Cisco switches and routers configuration.
CCNA, CCNP would be added advantage.
Familiar with data center, networking and security technologies.
Have experience in using networking tool such as wireshark, iperf, MTR and others
Have experience in using automation tools.
Team player but able to work with minimum supervision
