Sr. Associate, Finance

Affinity is looking for a result-driven individual with 4 plus years of experience in Accounting and Finance with fair understanding of the accounting concepts. We are looking for someone who has knowledge about TDS, GST, Audit and other statutory compliances.
About the Job:
We’re looking for someone with experience in Accounting and Finance with fair understanding of the accounting concepts and principles. We are looking for someone who has knowledge about TDS, GST, Audit and other statutory compliances. We would prefer someone who has experience into filing TDS and GST returns and who has in-depth knowledge of taxation.
Required Skills:
4-5 years’ experience in handling overall accounts up to finalization & indirect taxation.
Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office.
Up to date with accounting laws and regulations.
Problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
Excellent Communication Skills

Team player
Responsibilities:
Maintaining books of accounts
Expense management & ledger scrutiny
Revenue recognition and Invoicing process.
Set up new client onboarding process and their billing requirement.
Preparation and review of monthly cash flow statements.
Preparation of various MIS Reports.
Preparation of Bank & Cash reconciliation statements.
Interacting with statutory and internal auditors as per requirement.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of Statutory audit, Tax audit and Transfer pricing.
Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
Intercompany Balance sheet and P&L reconciliation.
Working in coordination with Legal and tax team.
Statutory matters like TDS, GST etc. and returns thereof.
Analysis of Debtors & Creditors ageing.
Managing accounts receivable & payables.
Preparation of annual budgets and analysis of variance.
Maintaining cordial relationship with banks, financial institutions, professional consultants, and clients.
