Eos Capital Advisors - Senior Associate - Investment Banking
- The Senior Associate will be responsible for executing transactions end-to-end with the team.
The Senior Associate will be expected to :
- Carry out extensive industry/company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates
- Perform quantitative analysis, including helping the team in the building of financial models
- Assist in the preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, financial models, and other deal-related collaterals
- Prepare management meeting notes, investment memos, and deal presentations
- Conduct preliminary evaluation of transactions at a company and sub-sector level to understand business fundamentals
- Handling existing corporate relationships and analyzing possible business opportunities
Skills and Qualifications :
- MBA/CA/ CFA (including L2 and L3 candidates) having relevant work experience of more than 12 months
- Well turned out & have a pleasing personality
- ******** written and verbal communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial models & valuation
- Hands-on experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with a mix of long & short-term deadlines
- Position will be based out of Delhi but the candidate will be expected to travel to different locations across India for mandates
