Job Description
Perform the role of Business Analyst for requirements being raised by BU/ SU at Finacle Application Handling incidents and periodic data patches at Finacle Co-ordinating with the BU/ SU and the Development team for designing functionalities at Finacle Managing the entire life cycle of User requests right from initiation till its deployment to the Production Co-ordinating for various data extractions, Paramater creation based on User requirements Handling Compliance related activities w.r.t Finacle
Job Purpose
The existing Staff is moving out on account of Personal reasons and hence to fill in the vacant position.
With the upcoming Finacle version upgrade and migration of erstwhile Bank with DBIL, the position would play a critical role for its enablement and accomplishment.
Key Accountabilities
i) Ability to provide solution and guide User team for Finacle functionalities
ii) Business requirements to be accurately defined and explained to the Development team
iii) Finacle defects/ incidents are addressed as per the defined SLAs
iv) Finacle Releases/ Builds are delivered within the expected and agreed time frame
v) Undertake Data migration and version upgrade co-ordination with the Project team
Job Duties & responsibilities
i) Liaise with the Business/ Support Units to understand their requirements to be developed at CBS (Finacle)
ii) Prepare and validate Business Requirement document/ User Stories/ Technical specifications based on the input of stakeholders
iii) Clearly communicate the requirements to the Development team and ensure the delivery of build/ release is done withing the stipulated time frame
iv) Co-ordinate the User acceptance testing with the end-users and ensure it is accomplished as per the defined timeline
v) Liaise for any open observations with the development team and ensure it is addressed as per the requirement document
vi) Co-ordinate for the Production deployment of the Build/ Release as per the Change Management process followed
vii) Ensure the User team provides a Live verification confirmation of the Build/ Release
viii) Ensure Audit requirements, Compliance requirements, InfoSec requirements etc are adhered at the CBS
ix) Co-ordinate with the development team/ BAU team for fixing of defects/ incidents at CBS
x) Co-ordinate with the Global team for creation of various parameters, scheme codes, GL, Office accounts at Finacle
xi) Scheduling online meetings with various stakeholders for requirement gathering, defects fixing, roll-out planning etc
xii) Preparation of Project Plan, Senior Management presentation, Minutes of Meeting etc
xiii) Perform UAT and execute Finacle menus viz. Parameter creation, Holiday maintenance, Interest rate etc
Required Experience
8-10 years of experience in BFSI/ Banks/ NBFCs/ Bank Tech companies etc.
Experience of working at the Techno-Functional position would be desired.
Experience of working at a MNC Bank/ Private Bank would be preferred.
Project Management experience would be considered.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline.
Preferably MBA in Finance/ Banking/ Technology
