About the role
Our users are the core of what we do here at ZestMoney. They come to us for credit that becomes accessible without the hassles of hefty documentation. We are always focused on improving our user's experience while they complete their credit journey with us. What makes us give the best experience to our customers? We’re looking for an experienced individual, who can work with internal and external teams to improve the KYC process we have. You will be playing a key role in ensuring that our users are able to complete their KYC requirements in the shortest time without any major challenges. This will involve working with ṣṣan external vendor team and ensuring that we provide them with all the necessary support. You will also be working on ensuring that all checks are in place before we provide credit to the user
To be successful in this role, you should have
Experience in vendor management, understanding of KYC, bank mandates, working closely with teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
What you will do
• Oversee the customer KYC verification process
• Coordinate with Vendor teams to drive the KYC and disbursement process for customers stuck in the funnel
• Ensure quality of verification process
• Collate and share NACH data for repayments with Billdesk
• Conduct weekly reconciliation of NACH with Billdesk
• Support in driving conversion of personal loans
• Manage multiple vendor teams and constantly evaluate their performance
• Resolve any issues with various tools used in the KYC and disbursement process
• Ensure any tickets raised are closed within the SLA level
About You
• You are a perfectionist when it comes to quality of customer service interactions across all channels
• You have worked with vendor teams and can coordinate well with them to ensure the best customer experience
• You’re an excellent communicator and share quality feedback with teams that drives positive changes
• You’re flexible and adapt well, and at the same time are not afraid of suggesting or making changes for growth
• Fast-paced, high growth and ambiguous (at times) environment gives you an adrenaline rush
• You love music, stationery, food, (or gardening/photography/ running, anything sports, movies) and you don’t mind sharing recipes
• If this sounds like you, we already love you and we’ll love you more if you also hold 2-3 years of experience in managing teams
