Candidates with 3 to 7 years’ experience at banks, large financial institutions and law firms are preferred.
The successful candidate for the proposed role will be required to:
• Be familiar with the Regulations of RBI and SEBI
• provide high quality, efficient, legal advice and assistance
• play a pro-active role and focus on managing
transaction documentation from inception through to settlement
• operate autonomously
• have business acumen with good negotiation, drafting and communication skills
• handle transactions of the group companies (both assets side and liabilities side)
• assist and communicate with other internal functions within the group companies.
