Job Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Associate Medical Transcriptionist to join our team at Aster MIMS. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical transcription and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Senior Associate Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for transcribing medical reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transcribed documents, and providing support to other medical transcriptionists.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Transcribe medical reports accurately and completely
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents
• Provide support to other medical transcriptionists
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Follow established protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Monitor and respond to inquiries
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in medical transcription or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in medical transcription
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
