Job Description
Job Purpose
• Provide extensive support to Mashreq Plus segment analysis, portfolio growth recommendations and Segment VRMs sales and service support .
• Provide highly technical and analytical support for managing Mashreq Plus and DBC Tele sales units
• To collage, analyze and interpret sales and retention & Service e data to provide meaningful information for RBG senior Management for all Sales & Retentions indicators across all channels.
• Provide actionable information on DBC Sales volume, trends, customer analysis and forecast accordingly
• To continuously monitor performance indicators and capacity plans in order to achieve optimal performance.
• To integrate and publish Key Performance indicators on an individual and team basis.
• Manage end ensure continuous Dialer flow across all sales channels to ensure high sales flow and staff productivity
• generate adhoc report / analysis to enrich management view and support then take proper action calls
Key Result Areas
• Analytical support
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis with segment management perspective (across products / sub-segments) to identify specific gaps, opportunities for further strategy formulation and business development.
• Special studies (what-if scenarios and sensitivity analysis) for strategic planning process and business development for segment strategy formulation.
• Modification, restructuring and building of DBC databases in coordination with Sales and Products team management
• Provide technical and objective critique of the regional business performance across a variety of complex and sophisticated business scenarios.
• Prepare analytical studies on pre / post marketing campaigns.
• Market intelligence system to identify customer behavior trends.
• Ensure efficient and accurate calculation of employee wise incentive amounts (hardship allowances).
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis with segment management for delivery channels
• Provide DBC senior management with employee performance summaries with recommendations on improving performance levels further.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
• University Graduate.
• 2- 3 years experience in similar work environment.
• Preferably has a practical marketing background.
• Has Very strong MIS, customer focus, sales and service delivery and ability to think creatively and work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent system knowledge
• Business sensitive.
• excellent analytical and computer skills.
• Adaptable and versatile
