Experience-5 to 8 years
Should have worked as a real estate lawyer at law firms who have a demonstrated practice in real estate. The candidate should have advised builders, construction companies, real estate funds and investors in real estate and developmental projects
2) Partner:
Experience-12+ years
Should have worked as a real estate partner at law firms who have a demonstrated practice in real estate. The candidate should have advised builders, construction companies, real estate funds and investors in real estate and developmental projects
Skills:
Strong business development skills with a proven ability to acquire new clients.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in legal research and business analytics.
