We have an opening for a Finance Ops. Sr. Associate to assist with day-to-day finance operations for Annalect-Platform Logistics US. This role could be a great fit if you have strong organizational skills, curious to learn, and a desire to be part of a growing team

Responsibilities:
Drive process improvements and automations by implementing enhancements in the weekly, monthly AP and AR reporting procedures.
To organize and support Platform Logistics (PL)-US billing operations with a focus on the accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) workflow involving data manipulation and macro automation. The PL Finance Ops Specialist is responsible for maintaining documentation and managing financial data files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables. Candidates should exhibit strong time management skills, effective follow-up abilities, exceptional proficiency in Excel, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) by compile the weekly AP report into a PLAP master tracker for vendor aging statements.
Review monthly aging statements from Ad Tech vendors for accurate invoice clearance.
Generate a monthly uncleared AP report and work with OMGSS Media Rec (EXL) to resolve issues.
Update vendors on AP status and adjust their aging statements as needed.
Tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR) by
Review the weekly and monthly AR reports and transfer data into the PLAR master template for agency distribution.
Work with the OMGSS-Media Rec teams and agency finance on optimizing the PLAR reconciliation process.
Support to resolve delinquent accounts with agencies.
Ensure incoming cash and PLAR updates are correctly applied by the OMG Cash Application team.
Monitor Site Billing AR and assist with collections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related with a minimum 3 years of Accounting/Finance and/or related professional work experience, who possesses a good knowledge of accounting, reporting and analysis, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups, and conditional formulas. • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software and/or VBA macros.
Aptitude be proactive, a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Relevant skills or experience in the industry related to the role.
