Sr Associate, PMO
The Senior Associate, Project Management Office job offers expert advice to support the organization's client projects and programs. As a subject matter expert in Project/Program Management, this job manages large projects and works to improve project practices and procedures by informing project teams of best practices and monitoring current methodologies and systems to identify opportunities for enhancements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Applies a thorough understanding of program and project best practices and leads project teams with implementation and execution processes for large projects.
• Studies complex dependencies across multiple inter-related projects and identifies potential opportunities to enhance practices and procedures based on dependency relationships.
• Oversees consolidated project status and financial information to present to leadership team to create alignment between management and project teams.
• Analyzes adherence of large project teams to methodologies, budgets, and timings of projects to determine if process changes need to occur to more effectively estimate project details.
• Provides full staffing plans for the organization’s major projects and programs.
• Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level PMO professionals.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred

• This individual will support general management and oversight of the India based BMO team, directly aligned to the Office of RMDCT and will lead business management functions and deliverables and support below areas -
• Stakeholder Management and Communications
• Financial Management for Cybersecurity
• Workforce Administration
• Team management (for the India BMO support team members)

• Co - location Strategy
• Specific areas of responsibility will include:
• Creation of executive materials, decks/PowerPoint presentations, agendas, etc. to support the Office of RMDCT
• Supporting financial administration by partnering closely with the finance organization to support forecast management and governance and tracking of cyber expenses, as well as helping to establish enhanced practices for financial management.
• Assisting the team in the coordination of workforce management activities
• Supporting continuous improvement / process improvement activities for business management capabilities by streamlining and documenting process and procedures
• Work on Automation and other critical Process Reengineering activities
• Metrics and tracking key KPI governance
• Stakeholder engagement and management
