Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist to Develop and implement guidelines and training to program and project team members on program/project standards, systems, tools and processes to encourage adherence and uptake.
Identify and implement collaboration tools and processes to streamline interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of a range of presentations and regular program status reports.
Act as central point of coordination for project time sheet management
Support the reporting manager in various Adhoc from time to time such as capacity planning, any special projects, etc.
Support in logistics and infrastructure arrangements for new joiners or as required based on business requirement.
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
