We are actively seeking candidates for an experienced property Senior Associate focussing on residential & commercial property and leasing. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking to advance their careers within our growing firm. This role is a senior role assisting our Principal Lawyers with the leadership of our property teams focussing particularly on leasing and property related banking & finance assignments. The key responsibilities include:
Acting for both tenants and landlords, preparing leases and lease-related documents (assignments, variations, renewals, surrenders, etc.)
Sales of residential and commercial properties (mortgagee in possession)
Discharges as a service, estates management, contaminated land, tax treatment, and Crown leases
Ensuring smooth and accurate processes through strong attention to detail
Assisting in the supervision and support of a national team of paralegals and junior solicitors
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
As an aspiring leader, you will identify growth opportunities, prioritise client needs, and help drive positive change in the way we serve our clients. Your ability to communicate confidently at all levels, combined with a professional and approachable manner, will be key to your success.
