We are actively seeking candidates for an experienced property Senior Associate focussing on residential & commercial property and leasing. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking to advance their careers within our growing firm. This role is a senior role assisting our Principal Lawyers with the leadership of our property teams focussing particularly on leasing and property related banking & finance assignments. The key responsibilities include:
Acting for both tenants and landlords, preparing leases and lease-related documents (assignments, variations, renewals, surrenders, etc.)
Sales of residential and commercial properties (mortgagee in possession)
Discharges as a service, estates management, contaminated land, tax treatment, and Crown leases
Ensuring smooth and accurate processes through strong attention to detail
Assisting in the supervision and support of a national team of paralegals and junior solicitors
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
