We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter who have the business development drive and shares our passion for helping businesses achieve their goals. For over 60 years, our team of professionals is committed to delivering advice and creative financing & capital solutions to help mid-sized businesses grow and expand; execute mergers, acquisitions & divestitures; restructure debt, and provide equity capital. Team members with a business development drive, client-centric approach and have a strong emphasis on results will thrive in our entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Consistent track record of business development including prospecting, developing, and closing new client opportunities.
Exceptional portfolio management skills, including proven ability to execute sales activities and manage sales pipeline.
Excellent ability to establish and maintain a referral network to generate closed referrals.
Outstanding negotiation and communication competences.
Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills.
Advanced credit underwriting experience.
Advanced knowledge of the Canadian Commercial Banking marketplace.
Combined 3 - 5 years of related commercial credit analysis and business development experience in a financial services environment.
University degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
