Senior Associate - Sales Analytics identifies business issues, recommends, and designs solutions, and implements new operational processes and procedures to enable and enhance effectiveness of sales reps, management, and support functions. The Sr. Associate supports a variety of sales activities, including quota management, territory management, commissions checks, Forecasting & reporting related activities.
• Review, create, manage & improvise territory assignment process.
• Analyze account portfolios for balance, geographic centricity, and associated quota.
• Build new portfolios or move accounts by recommending changes to AM Managers
• Create Sales quotas per business requirements & manage periodic changes.
• Work with Sales Management, Commissions team & Finance commission related queries & process build.
• Engage cross-functionally with leadership and teams across Sales, Technology, Finance teams on projects.
• Support Forecasting process through reporting, analysis & data structure.
• Create & manage ad-hoc reports, analysis, insights for Sales leadership & executives.
• Support sales and operations leadership on special projects, reports, and analyses.
• Maintain and expand process documentation on wiki.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, revenue operations and other data analysis & insights centric roles
• Ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings, and progress in a concise manner.
• Great command of MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products
• Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation)
• Experience in CRM suites (Salesforce preferably)
• Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior leadership, including building consensus and navigating conflicts.
• Good project management skills to drive project execution & manage stakeholder expectation.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
