Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
• Demonstrated expertise in performing financial due diligence with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. Proficient in analyzing financial statements and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for clients. Experienced in conducting comprehensive market assessments to inform client strategies and decision-making. Strong analytical skills in evaluating financial health and operational efficiencies of target companies. Ability to integrate general consulting skills into financial diligence processes to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Experience
• Statutory audit/Financial Due diligence for 2 to 3 years
