Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Responsibilities - - You will be responsible for the project management, execution and activation of sponsorships and events, that DBS enters into contract with or creates, in an effort to build, promote and further the brand awareness of DBS and support the brand overall.

Job Purpose:
This role is part of the digital portfolio management team and is expected to anchor the portfolio objectives of activation, usage, cross sell and retention for a specific set of products for digibank. Given that digibank is a mobile first bank with no branches or RMs, hence customer engagement to meet the portfolio objectives has to be through in-app and digital channels, in a relevant, contextual and personalized manner.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Portfolio KPIs: activation, balance build, usage, cross sell, retention and revenue realization in line with the budget, as relevant for a specific set of products
2. Contextual messaging strategy and execution: in app, and through email, SMS, push note, gamification etc
3. Brand & Retail Marketing Communication: digital & retail content, to guide marketing agency to develop relevant content
Job Duties & responsibilities:
For the assigned product portfolio:
(A) Track, analyze and monitor digi portfolio health and movement in line with budget
(B) Drive campaign / messaging strategy and calendar working closely with product, marketing, analytics, campaign operations
(C) Regular monitoring, analytics and review of campaign outcomes jointly with product, marketing, analytics
(D) Create and drive the customer engagement strategy using all channels of communication as well as in app solutions to deliver a contextual, personalized and relevant messaging experience
(E) Ensure a robust offer and incentive strategy is in place to drive portfolio objectives cost effectively and within usage budgets
(F) Drive product/service usage by defining relevant brand communication for each product
(G) Develop social media/performance marketing strategy to increase engagement, lead generation, upsell and cross sell of various bank products
(H) Working closely with creative agencies to develop brand strategies, campaign & regional communications across online marketing channels like video, email, GDN, push notification etc
(G) Managing & tracking creative budget and allocating across each channel basis marketing/business objective of the product
Required Experience:
Combination of multiple roles preferred:
1. Product / portfolio management for either of liability, cards, asset and/or investment/insurance products
2. Campaign management / Digital marketing / communication
Education / Preferred Qualifications:
