We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Senior Associate to manage and coordinate student operations, teacher scheduling, and parent engagement during US working hours. This role requires a strong communicator with a background in sales and education support, capable of multitasking and working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with teachers to form and manage daily class schedules and ensure class readiness.
Ensure teacher availability for all scheduled batches and manage substitutions if needed.
Track and maintain accurate records of all student batches, class schedules, and attendance.
Act as the primary point of contact for teachers, parents, and internal teams regarding student classes.
Share daily updates and key information with the Director and Admin team.
Maintain and update internal data systems related to students and classes.
Develop a strong understanding of the subjects and test preparation ecosystem.
Motivate and ensure punctuality and commitment among teaching staff.
Build and maintain relationships with parents and guardians for student progress discussions.
Coordinate and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings at regular intervals.
Offer on-time technical support to both students and parents as needed.
Organize regular check-ins and feedback sessions with teaching staff.
Collaborate closely with other internal departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, academic coordination, or student operations is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Prior experience in the EdTech or education domain is a plus.
Must have a laptop and high-speed internet connection.
Willing to work in US time zones.
We would prefer a candidate from Bangalore for this position, as the candidate will need to come to the office whenever required.
