Job Overview:
The Senior Associate, Web Analytics will be responsible for auditing and optimizing Adobe implementation across Cvent properties, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing website traffic to derive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Implementation Auditing and Optimization:
Conduct thorough audits of Adobe implementation across Cvent properties. Optimize Adobe configurations to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Product Management, to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Provide expertise on web analytics best practices to enhance overall data quality.
Traffic Analysis and User Behavior Insights:
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics. Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web analytics tools and techniques. Implement best practices and recommend improvements based on emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in web analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics. Strong expertise in auditing and optimizing Adobe implementations. Proficient in creating and maintaining dashboards using analytics tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
