Skills & Qualifications
• B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience working with the Pega platform, including design, development, and implementation.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform, including case management, decisioning, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other programming languages commonly used in Pega development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
• Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a good to have.
• Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.

Work location:
• Applicant should be willing to work from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations.
• Applicant should be willing to work in second shift (2pm – 11pm).
Certification Preferred:
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect
• Any other low code / BPM certifications
