Job Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.
• Prepare comprehensive papers on financial, business, strategy, and industry research for companies and industries.
• Create confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other relevant presentations.
• Organize and actively participate in ideation sessions and meetings.
• Evaluate and provide inputs/comments on Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
• Cultivate relationships and maintain direct communication with clients, potential clients, and professional advisors.
• Ensure thorough due diligence, collection, collation, and analysis of client information, considering financial and regulatory implications for documentation purposes.
• Assist in marketing efforts and engagement planning.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and grasp the business, strategic, and financial fundamentals of companies and industries.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including interpreting financial statements, building financial models, and conducting valuation analysis.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior personnel.
• Capacity to exercise professional judgment in engagements, offering proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and responsibilities concurrently.
• High motivation and desire for autonomy and empowerment in self-management.
• Capability to independently handle the execution process and effectively address client queries.
• Strong presentation skills, including creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency in Excel and drafting skills
