• Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes - Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's - Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives - Enhance and Develop Daily Weekly and Periodic reports and dashboards using Advanced excel Advanced SQL and Intermediate to Advanced VBA Hadoop Teradata - Partnering with stakeholders to identify problems collaborate with them to brainstorm on the best possible reporting solution and deliver solutions in the form of intelligent business reports / dashboards (Tableau BI) - Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Business Partners - Bengaluru & Budapest - In country Teams - Market (UK / ROI / Europe) - Stakeholders - Market (UK / ROI / Europe)
Maintain and manage the training documents Process Maps and SOP's for the team.
Qualifications
• Advanced Excel SQL Intermediate to Advanced VBA
• Visualization & Data story telling skills (Tableau Power BI MicroStrategy)
• Strong Logical Reasoning Eye-to-Detail
• Basic Numeracy Skills and Analytical Ability
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication
• Speed and Accuracy
• Planning and Organising
• Any Graduate - Expertise in MIS, Report creation, production and automation - Ability to translate requirements gathered from stakeholders into meaningful products (Report / Insight packs) - 2-3 years of relevant experience
