Job Description

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Litigation Practice Group in New Orleans, LA.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in construction litigation and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters, including contract disputes and defect claims.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and motions.

Manage all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial and appeal.

Provide expert strategic advice to clients and develop effective case strategies.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.

Active membership in the Louisiana State Bar.

At least 6 years of experience in construction litigation.

Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
