About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Software Development Engineer to join our team at Delta Electronics India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, performing system integration testing, debugging and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing testing tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure smooth testing processes.
Design, develop, and maintain testing tools and frameworks to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze and resolve complex defects and issues found during testing to ensure the system meets quality standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in system testing to continuously improve testing processes and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in the automotive industry with expertise in embedded systems, scripting languages, automation tools, and automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
Proficiency in testing tools such as CANoe, vTeststudio, CAPL, VT System, Dspace, Canoe.DIVA, Debuggers, JIRA, and IBM classic/Doors Next Gen.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
