Competencies: Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing, MuleSoft
Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Essential Skills:
AWS Designer with IVR and Lex Bot development experience.
Experience in building chatbot/virtual assistant solutions using Amazon LEX.
Experience building solutions for IVR (voice chatbot).
Experience in Jscript, python, .Net, Perl.
Comfortable working with basic change management and Git based source control systems.
Experience in developing software in different programming languages and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages.
Experience on delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
Experience working Salesforce Sales, Services cloud voice and financial clouds.
Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, etc.
AWS certification preferred.
Prior Contact Center Experience is a must and development experience is must

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
