Job Title: Senior Back-End Developer � AI Platforms Job Summary: Are you a highly skilled Back-End Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building scalable systems from the ground up? We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our fast-paced product team, where you'll develop robust, high-performance services that power our AI-driven applications. This is a hands-on role focused on deep system design, database architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure. Your work will directly support next-gen AI products that are transforming the way users interact with intelligent systems. What You�ll Be Doing: System Design & Architecture: Own the back-end architecture and lead design discussions for high-performance, scalable applications. API Development: Build secure, efficient RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js. Database Management: Design and optimize complex NoSQL data models using MongoDB for speed and reliability. AI Integration: Interface backend systems with AI/ML outputs to deliver intelligent, data-rich features. Real-Time Communication: Implement real-time functionality using technologies like Socket.IO. Cloud-Native Development: Develop, deploy, and monitor services using AWS infrastructure including Lambda, S3, Redis, and messaging services. Security & Scalability: Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, error handling, and system monitoring. DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Architect and maintain high-availability, low-latency backend systems. Lead backend initiatives for new features and core platform enhancements. Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy ML models into production back-end flows. Ensure system security, stability, and performance under high-load environments. Continuously improve backend tooling, coding standards, and documentation. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of professional experience as a Back-End Developer. Strong command over Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript. Experience in building and scaling microservices and backend APIs. Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, S3, Redis, and SQS/SNS. Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data handling. Proficient with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with other tech teams.
