Senior Back-End Developer - Node.js
A brilliant opportunity for a talented Senior Software Engineer / Developer, who has strong experience in node.js to join a company working in the renewable energy field.
This company are on a very exciting growth trajectory and expanding their tech offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference to the world.
Location – Cambridge (hybrid working 3 to 4 days in office)
Salary – £60,000 - £70,000 + fantastic benefits
Requirements for Senior Back-End Developer:
• Ideally, you will have at least 4 years of experience in a software engineering role
• Proficient in Node.js
• This company values strong academics and are looking for Developers who achieved a 2:1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or closely related subject, plus at least ABB at A Level (or equivalent UCAS points)
• Knowledge in web technologies and development – ideally JavaScript and related frameworks/technologies
• Ability to quickly pick up new technologies
• Experience mentoring other developers
• Great communication skills
Responsibilities for Senior Back-End Developer:
You will be looking after the software development on an exciting and complex upcoming project. You will mentor 2 junior developers whilst heavily involved in back-end development using a broad range of technologies including JavaScript, Node.js and PHP.
