Key Responsibility Area:
• Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending mails, ordering office supplies
• Assisting and coordinating with sales team
• Assisting and managing inventory control
• Processing company receipts, invoices and bills
• Assisting and supporting management
• Order management of export orders and B2C platforms
• Daily order dispatch of B2C platforms
• Supervising work done by office boy and other subordinates
• Doing paperwork of bank, customs, liaison etc.
• Vendor communications and regular order placement to suppliers
• Label creation and dispatch through DHL and FedEx platforms
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: 3 to 3.6 (lakhs per annum)
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification:
Any Graduate in business administration or similar field
Preferred Candidate Skills:
• Previous work experience as an office executive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software or Google spreadsheet
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of clarity in verbal communication in Gujarati or Hindi or English.
• Basic understanding of finances and accounts
