Job Description
- Handling documentation for investment products like mutual funds, stocks, FDs, bonds, PMS, and other financial products , and various platform and compliance and kyc
- Portfolio data management, maintenance of the portfolio database on daily basis
- Management of clients' servicing and implementation requests
- Management and upkeep of client servicing data and softwares
- Handholding clients on usage of various platforms for implementation of advice
- Handling business daily back office operations by following systems and processes
- Coordinating with office boy teams for client servicing
- Following company SOPs, TATs & SLAs
- Reporting - Sending of portfolio reports/tax reports / any other reports – report generation and sending and General office administration
- Functioning with various teams, ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & quality back office client service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
