Job description
Title : Senior Backend Developer
Location : Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Exp Range : 5 - + years of experience
Work Hours : 8pm to 6am
Weekly off: any 2 days off during Mon- Fri, since Sat - Sun is compulsory working day
Job Description:
• Contribute as team player and individual contributor on assigned projects.
• Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards.
• Ensure that solutions are performant, scalable, resilient and align to appropriate recoverability patterns.
• Support the Scrum master/Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Collaborate with PM, BA, QA and cross-functional teams to help unblock various issues needing technical expertise.
• Work closely with the business team to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements in the form of user stories.
• Validate user stories to ensure that functional requirement/story meet overall business requirement(s)
Mandatory Skills:
• Having 5+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer.
• Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Excellent in the Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Experience in CI/CD and associated tools (Jenkins, Sonar, GIT and JIRA)
• Excellent in Relational & Non Relational Databases - MongoDB, MySQL
• Experience in developing JSON, SCP, Connect Direct, Message Queues
• Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity and use it to their advantage.
