Who are we looking for?
A Senior Backend Developer, who is proficient in Golang. Candidates with strong Java/C++/Python skills and good understanding of DSA.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable products.
• Work on category-creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in the early stages. Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.
• Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of product strategy.
• Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in house.
• Someone who is proficient in MongoDB.
• Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies. Familiarity in working with Rest APIs
• Think out-of-the-box while solving problems considering the scale and changing environment variables. Quickly learn and contribute to changing technical stack.
• Bonus Points- Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS. Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space - interest trumps experience!
