As an fyi, our current tech stack is Python/Django in an AWS environment and we are recruiting for our very conveniently located office in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
As a leader within the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the overall architecture of the product and engage in deep problem solving discussions with the founder and the product team:
1. Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and assist the developers in executing this requirement
2. Planning and defining technical architecture for features or system design
3. Defining and guiding cloud/devops implementation
4. Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
5. Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
6. Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
7. Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
