Job Description
Backend Developer will oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. In addition to delegating work assignments, technical leads may also collaborate with colleagues to identify and repair technical issues. They often evaluate their team work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations. Technical leads should also create and ensure delivery processes and conduct quality audits to ensure high coding standards in applications.
What you'll do
• Design and deliver scalable web services, APIs and backend data modules.
• Understand requirements and develop reusable code using design patterns & component architecture and write unit test cases.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to elicit & understand their requirements & challenges and develop potential solutions
• Share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision Makers

• Experience building systems from scratch with good exposure to micro service architecture.
• Should appreciate good application design and contribute to improving the overall architecture.
• Should have experience in scaling backend services. Building a high availability system without a single point of failure. Experience in optimizing applications for low latency.
• Strong fundamentals and real world application of Data Structures, Algorithms ,Design Patterns and Problem Solving
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, preferably from IITs/Top RECs.
• 3-5 years of experience at cutting edge organizations or start-ups
