🔍 Who we’re looking for:
An experienced Senior Backend Developer (3.5+ years) with deep expertise in building scalable APIs, secure back-end systems, and high-performance architectures using Node.js and Express.js. If you're passionate about backend engineering and system design, we’d love to talk.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Optimize server and database performance, implement effective caching strategies
• Handle authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, RBAC
• Work with microservices and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to maintain high system reliability
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Stay current with industry trends, backend best practices, and emerging technologies

• 3.5+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and schema design
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, message queues, and microservices
• Understanding of backend security standards and system design principles
• Exposure to DevOps tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
