Senior Backend Engineer

Your role and goals We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer to play a pivotal role in developing and improving the usability and user experience of our Productsup platform. By leveraging your expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, and collaborating with a talented team, you will contribute to the continued success and innovation of our platform. In your first 3 months you will: • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, codebase, and workflow processes. • Actively contribute to ongoing projects, delivering measurable enhancements and improvements. • Propose and implement upgrades to backend components or infrastructure, resulting in increased efficiency or performance metrics. • Establish effective collaboration within the team, positively impacting project outcomes and fostering a cohesive work environment. In your first 6 months and beyond you will: • Take a lead role in implementing new features and enhancements. • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to translate requirements into actionable solutions. • Identify and execute refactoring or optimization efforts in key areas of the codebase. • Become an expert on the product and mentor other colleagues using your knowledge.
