We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with cloud experience to join our Platform team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionality.
Collaborate with other developers to maintain code quality and ensure the application is scalable and performant.
Leverage cloud technologies to improve the overall performance and availability of the application.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience as a Java developer
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Serverless
Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Hands-on skills with Spring Boot
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Elasticseach , Druid, Neo4j,etc
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
