Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a full-time backend developer to work directly with the founders on core systems that power our investment platform. The ideal candidate would have:
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development
• A strong foundation in computer science principles, with deep understanding of how systems work under the hood
• Expert-level programming skills in Python, with the ability to build everything from quick scripts to large-scale applications
• Proven experience in designing and developing robust, scalable backend architectures
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into elegant solutions
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-driven environment
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-expectation settings with multiple priorities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
