Role description- Backup
• Shows good knowledge of Service Level Agreements and their use in managing a contract.
• Demonstrates a high level of knowledge around implementing, maintaining and monitoring technical standards;
• Proven track record of dealing with complex issues/potential escalations without supervision;
• Demonstrates a very good understanding of how the area of work being delivered by the team is meeting the requirements of the business and the customer;
• Understands and has demonstrated the use of methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk;
• Able to create and deliver reports in accordance with the requirements of the business;
• Demonstrates an understanding of the concepts of delivering successful projects;
• Aptitude in critical analysis and demonstrates use of this to deliver against milestones and deadlines; Able to thoroughly investigate and resolve complex problems to a high technical standard;
• Familiar with operational processes and standards;
• Adherence to internal and external audit requirements;
• Demonstrates a good knowledge of disaster recovery requirements; Shows a sense of commercial awareness;
