The Opportunity
This is an exciting opening for an experienced banking and finance lawyer to join a leading corporate team. You will provide counsel to banks, lenders, fund managers, and other corporate and institutional clients on various finance and security issues. Additionally, you will support the corporate team on funding issues in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and provide assistance to the commercial and real estate departments on funding matters related to M&A work, portfolio property re-finances, and more.
