Montreal Local is a boutique all day venue tucked away in suburban Fremantle overlooking the leafy surrounds of the golf course. Our coffee and full breakfast menu is extremely important and growing part of our business and we are seeking a senior barista to join our team who understands Freo and shares our passion for great coffee.
We are seeking for immediate start a talented and experienced senior barista to join our team on a casual basis to work mainly weekend open shifts. Shifts will expand coming into summer.
While your primary role will be managing the coffee machine / station the ideal candidate will 2+ years experience in a similar roles and some demonstrated supervisor experience. Being a small venue your role will be varied and include opening and setting up the venue for trade and assisting with junior supervisor roles.
You will report to the Assistance Venue Manager and ideally hold an RSA and with the support of the business be open to obtaining your Approved Managers card. Living locally and understanding the Freo coffee scene will be a real advantage.
Casual pay rates to suit level of experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
