3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
4. Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling procedures, manage cash registers, and ensure accurate transactions.
5. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment, enforce policies, and report incidents.
6. Scheduling: Create schedules, manage staff attendance, and ensure adequate staffing.
7. Quality Control: Monitor drink quality, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
2. Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills.
