Job Opening: Senior BASE24-eps Developer (L2 Production Support)
Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Kolkata
Experience: 10+ years
We are looking for a skilled BASE24-eps Senior Developer to join our L2 Production Support team. The ideal candidate will analyze issues, provide fixes post unit testing, and ensure smooth production support operations. Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills are essential for client and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• On-call rotational support for production systems.
• Analyze and provide fixes for defects post unit testing.
• Support planned/emergency production deployments.
• Initial triaging of high-priority and urgent tickets; provide RCA.
• Deliver short-term data fixes for priority defects.
• Support Visa/Mastercard calls and network testing.
• Sync code and configuration between non-prod environments.
• Prepare step-by-step deployment instructions and validate production installs.
• Generate status reports and conduct walkthroughs with clients.
• Provide adhoc testing support during UAT.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CSMs, scripting, and C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with NSK systems.
• BASE24-eps UI development experience (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of payment applications in financial/banking domain.
• Ability to translate client functional requirements into effective code.
• Expertise in supporting applications across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Dynamic work attitude with ownership and commitment to organizational goals.
• Prior experience in support environments.
Additional Details
• Work Timings:
• Evening shift: 4 PM – 12 AM (regular workdays)
• Afternoon shift: 2 PM – 10 PM (weekends, once every 3 weeks based on roster)
