Responsibilities
● Should have 2-10yrs Extensive Experience on Bench
Sales ● Should have Very Good Communication Skills
● Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 10++.
● Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
● Must be capable of identifying new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have a
good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
● Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good
convincing and closing skills.
● Expert in creating and updating the resumes for candidates according to the client requirement.
● Expert in Bench Sales including of OPT, CPT, H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s
● Should have expertise in marketing H1B Transfer profiles.
● Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement
before submitting to the Vendor.
● Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to
source C2C requirements.
● Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
● Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
● Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
● Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market on daily basis
● ******** the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
● Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and client interview schedules.
● Prepare the consultants for the interviews.
● Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
● Taking care of the Consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment.
● Talking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the queries that the
consultant brings notice.
● Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors.
● Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
