About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual to market our bench consultants (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, EAD, and US Citizens) to direct clients, implementation partners, and system integrators across the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive consultant placements by building new client/vendor relationships and working closely with the recruiting and sales teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of US employment types (W2, 10++, C2C) and work authorization types.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for H1B, GC, OPT, EAD, and US Citizen consultants.
• Nurture established vendor contacts and achieve successful placements.
• Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting for the US IT market.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and work authorization types.
• Established network of vendor contacts and proven track record of successful placements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
