Bench Sales Recruiter will be involved in selling the bench consultants. Involved in selling bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
Required Candidate Profile
• Candidates should have minimum 5+ yrs of US Staffing exp and extensive Bench sales experience
• Working extensively on marketing bench consultants.
• Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
• Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources
• He / She should have experience Marketing Bench candidates.
• Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linkedin etc)
• Should have strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
• Should have knowledge on different Tax terms like (w2, c2c & 10++) etc.
• Should have good communication skills.
