What You'll Be Working On
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and facilitate workshops to gather requirements for BI solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring BI solutions align with business objectives and strategy
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
Build data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization
Work with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and governance
Lead Power BI training sessions and develop materials to enhance data literacy across the organization
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing BI solutions
What Type of Person Will Succeed
We're looking for a skilled data storyteller with technical expertise and exceptional people skills. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics with expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)
Strong SQL and ETL development skills, with knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and Fabric
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience delivering Power BI training and creating user enablement initiatives
Strong understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and analytics best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
