Job Title: Senior BIM Architect
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Experience: 10 + years
• CTC: ₹ 10 - 12 LPA
Software Expertise:
• Revit Architecture
• AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of architectural design and Revit Architecture.
• Read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings and terminology, particularly in US & UK projects.
• Review, create, and analyze structural drawings with accuracy.
• Collaborate within a team to develop precise Revit architecture models.
• Extract Revit architectural sheets/layouts efficiently from models.
• Ensure high-quality Revit model standards before every project submission.
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM architectural professionals while overseeing project execution.
Skills & Competencies:
• Expertise in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and coordination.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Attention to detail with a focus on model accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
