Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge across Railway station / Building / Railway systems CAD Drafting and Modelling aspects and specialist in at least one key area such as:
· Station / Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services)
· Railway systems (OLE / Track Signalling/ CSR /Traction power systems )
Mandatory Skills
Candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of all aspects of the essential software tools below; preference will be given to those with desirable software skills.
Essential Skills
· Bentley Microstation
· Bentley OpenBuildings
Qualifications
· Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline draughting service with Microstation/ AECOsim, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD / Revit. (Any one)
· Minimum of 7-8 years’ relevant work experience using Microstation / AECOsim / Revit.
· Proven ability to work up drawings (plans, sections & details) from Engineers basic sketches to full working drawings
· It is essential that candidates can produce high quality clash free BIM models, ensuring that their work is coordinated with other trades.
· Experience in the supervision and mentoring of other BIM/CAD technicians.
· Good working knowledge of the relevant discipline
